What is included in standard cleaning? +
Base includes essential tasks for immediate cleanliness. We vacuum and mop floors, wipe dust from all reachable surfaces (up to arm’s height), clean mirrors, and take out trash. In the kitchen we wash cabinet fronts, countertop, stove, and sink. In the bathroom and toilet — full sanitization of fixtures and washing the shower cabin or bathtub. Windows, oven interior, and ironing are add-ons you can easily add when ordering.
Do I need to provide supplies and a vacuum? +
Not necessary. Our cleaners can arrive fully equipped: professional chemicals, sponges, cloths, and a powerful vacuum. Just select the “With our equipment” option when ordering and we’ll handle everything. If you prefer us to use your equipment and supplies — no problem, we’ll adapt.
Is it safe to leave the cleaner alone? Do you vet staff? +
Absolutely. Trust is key. Every candidate goes through multi‑stage screening: document checks and criminal record verification, in‑person interview, and a test cleaning. You can safely go about your day while we tidy up.
How fast can I book? Is same‑day possible? +
We try to be flexible. Usually we recommend booking 1–2 days in advance to guarantee a convenient time. But if you need urgent cleaning — call or message us. If we have a free team in your area of Warsaw, we can arrive within a few hours.
What if I have pets? +
We love animals and it’s not a problem. Please warn us in advance so we assign a cleaner without allergies. If your pet is aggressive towards strangers or highly anxious, we’ll ask you to be at home during cleaning or isolate the pet in a separate room so everyone is comfortable.
How does payment work? Can I get a VAT invoice? +
We are all about transparency and convenience. You can pay by card online, BLIK, or cash. We issue a VAT invoice automatically — just provide your company details (NIP) at checkout and the document will be emailed to you after the cleaning.
What if I don’t like the cleaning quality? +
We value our reputation, so such cases are rare. But we’re all human. If you spot a shortcoming, tell us right away or within 24 hours after cleaning. If it’s a serious omission, we’ll return and fix everything free of charge. Otherwise, we’ll provide a discount on your next order. Our goal is for you to stay with us for a long time, not just pay for one visit.
Can I reschedule or cancel the order? +
Of course — plans change. You can reschedule or cancel for free if you inform us in advance (at least 24 hours before start). If cancellation happens at the last moment when the cleaner has already left or reserved time for you, we may ask for a small idle‑time compensation.
Is it cheaper with regular cleanings? +
Yes, significantly. One‑time cleanings cost more because they require more time to get familiar with the apartment. With a subscription (e.g., weekly or every two weeks) we assign you one cleaner who knows your habits, and you get up to 15–20% off each visit. Cleaner home — smaller bill.
How long does cleaning take? +
It depends on the apartment size and dirt level. On average:
• Studio or 1‑room: 2.5–3.5 hours.
• 2–3 rooms: 3.5–5 hours.
• Large apartments or a house: from 6 hours.
We don’t drag time, nor do we rush at the expense of quality. The cleaner will work as long as needed for an excellent result within the selected package.
